職務概要と役割
急速に変革が進む音楽ビジネスのダイナミズムを支えるため、基幹システムや、社内ツールが持つ情
報の最適なデータデザインを行い、必要なシステム整備の働きかけを推進いただきます。中長期視点
で、チャネルや部門のニーズを先読みしたデータ設計すると共に、アーティストデータのスムーズな
提供も、BIツールを介しておこなって頂きます。
また、本社（LA）のITチームと密に連携することで、グループ全体でのIT戦略やロードマップに基づいて、具体的な実行計画に落とし込んで行くことも必要です。

主な業務内容

• 事業を横断した全社規模でのデータ最適化プロジェクトのリード（リソース、予算、課題、リスク 他）
• グローバルITチーム in LA、業務部門、IT本部のチームメイトと連携し、業務アプリケーションの構築とプロセス改革を推進
• 高品質のITサービスを維持していく為の、外部ITベンダーの適切なマネジメント

To support the dynamics of the rapidly transforming music business, you will optimize data design for core systems and internal tools, promoting necessary system improvements. With a medium- to long-term perspective, you will anticipate the needs of channels and departments for data design, while also facilitating the smooth provision of artist data through BI tools. Additionally, close collaboration with the IT team at headquarters (LA) is required to translate the overall IT strategy and roadmap of the group into concrete execution plans.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide data optimization projects across business areas (resources, budget, challenges, risks, etc.)

• Collaborate with the global IT team in LA, the business departments, and the IT headquarters teammates to promote the construction of business applications and process reforms.
• Properly manage external IT vendors to maintain high-quality IT services.

能力及びスキル / Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences
【必須/Must】

• 3年以上の情報システム部門や、IT系事業部門などでの勤務経験
• 日本語が流暢に話せ、英語での基礎的なビジネスコミュニケーションができる方（※ 現時点で英語に自信がなくても、基本的・定例的なコミュニケーションを取れるよう努力し、そのレベルまで自己成長いただけること）
• 所属先企業での会社レベルでのデータアーキテクチャ設計、整備に携わった経験のある方
• SQL、BigQuery、DOMO、Microstategyなどデータ分析システムのシステム担当経験のある方
• プロジェクトマネジメント能力（マルチタスクの実行、優れた時間&組織マネジメント、厳しい

期限に応じるための適切な優先順位付けなど）

• 英語でのコミュニケーションバックグラウンドがある
• ITIL Foundation、情報処理、ITパスポート等の、基礎的なIT資格の保持者歓迎
• データアナリスト・データサイエンティストの経験があれば尚可

Must:

• At least 3 years of experience in information systems departments or IT business divisions.
• Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate in basic business English (even if currently lacking confidence in English, the candidate should be willing to improve to a level capable of basic and regular communication).
• Experience in data architecture design and maintenance at the company level in the current organization.
• Experience in managing data analysis systems such as SQL, BigQuery, DOMO, Microstrategy.
• Project management skills (executing multitasks, excellent time and organizational management, appropriate prioritization to meet strict deadlines).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Logical yet able to collaborate and work with others.
• Actively gathers information on technology trends and continuously keeps abreast of globally standard IT knowledge.
• High communication skills (presentation, reading and writing, listening, influencing others).
• Ability to analyze complex business processes with an understanding of traditional core systems and the latest cloud technologies, and to identify optimal IT solutions that meet requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Background in communication in English.
• Possession of basic IT qualifications such as ITIL Foundation, Information Processing, IT Passport, etc., is welcome.
• Experience as a data analyst or data scientist is a plus.
