役割の内容（成果責任・主な行動を含む）/ Main Duties Responsibilities

• 既存システムの安定運用や問題対応を主体的に行い、会社全体の利益貢献を目指す
• 社内での課題や取り組みに対して、ビジネス観点を持ちつつ最適なITソリューションを企画・ 提供する
• 各種ITプロジェクトに紐付くタスクの推進 & 進捗管理
• AWSやネットワークなどのITインフラ関連、また各種システムの安定運用に向けたタスクの遂行
• Webサーバ等、外部に接する重要なサービスの適切な管理と、日々発生する変更などの運用作業
• グローバルITチーム、業務部門、IT本部のチームメイトと連携した、円滑なタスク推進
• ITサービスデスクとの情報共有や協力を密に行い、IT全体としての視点を持った業務の遂行

You will lead the implementation of IT solutions for our direct sales channels, including e-commerce sites and physical stores. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing the latest technologies to introduce various solutions necessary for business growth, from enhancing the omnichannel customer (fan) experience to optimizing the supply chain for CD and merchandise sales. Additionally, you will need to work closely with the IT team at headquarters (LA) to translate the overall IT strategy and roadmap of the group into concrete execution plans.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the stable operation of existing systems and address issues, aiming to contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
• Plan and provide optimal IT solutions with a business perspective for internal challenges and initiatives.
• Promote and manage the progress of tasks associated with various IT projects.
• Execute tasks related to IT infrastructure, such as AWS and networking, as well as ensure the stable operation of various systems.
• Properly manage critical services that interface with external entities, such as web servers, and carry out operational tasks for daily changes.
• Facilitate smooth task promotion in collaboration with the global IT team, business departments, and IT headquarters teammates.
• Share information and closely cooperate with the IT service desk to carry out operations with a holistic perspective on IT.

能力及びスキル　/ Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences
【必須/Must】

• 3年以上の情報システム部門や、IT系事業部門などでの勤務経験（社内ITポジションに求められる物事を理解し、適切な立ち振る舞いできることが必要）
• インフラ/ネットワーク領域に関する知見と実務経験がある（TCP/IPやDNS、Web/Mailサーバ等）
• ITの一員として、各種のコスト・安定性・簡便性などをバランス良く検討して論理的に提案できること
• 日本語が流暢に話せ、英語での基礎的なビジネスコミュニケーションができる（英語に十分自信がなくても、他者のメールなどを翻訳するなどして適切に理解しようと努力し、基本的・定例的なコミュニケーションを取れるよう努力できる）

【あれば尚可/Nice to have】

• 英語でのコミュニケーションバックグラウンドがあると望ましい
• ビジネスレベルの英語力: TOEIC 600点以上が望ましい
• ITIL Foundation、情報処理、ITパスポート等の、基礎的なIT資格の保持者歓迎

Must:

• At least 3 years of experience in information systems departments or IT business divisions.

• Fluent in Japanese and capable of basic business communication in English (candidates should be willing to improve their English skills to a level where they can engage in basic and regular communication).

• Experience in managing either e-commerce sites or store systems (or both) for over a year, with an understanding of systems and business.

• Project management skills (ability to execute multitasks, excellent time and organizational management, and appropriate prioritization to meet strict deadlines).

Nice to Have

• Background in communication in English.

• Possession of basic IT qualifications such as ITIL Foundation, Information Processing, IT Passport, etc., is welcome.

• Experience in projects related to marketing or customer touchpoints, such as LINE or CDP, is a plus.

• Experience with implementing Shopify or store systems is also a plus.
