Job Description
This role will be responsible for invoicing, reporting and process automation, while collaborating with various teams. This will be project based, minimum 2 years.

Global technology care company based in the US.
Description
- Serve as POC (Point Of Contact) for invoicing and reporting requirements
- Prepare monthly invoices using Excel and ERP (Dynamics 365) data
- Analyse and document process improvement requirements for automation
- Collaborate with various teams to automate invoicing processes using tools (for example, Power BI)
- Support communication between Global IT team and stakeholders in Japan
