Job Description
A global design & build construction and engineering company with presence in 60 locations worldwide with expertise across few sectors which includes data centers, industrial, infrastructure and building projects. Our client is looking for experienced Construction Manager to join their site project team involved in a Data Center construction project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Project Manager with planning, and establishment of objectives for construction activities in accordance with the construction work program to guarantee the efficient allocation of resources.
- To provide guidance and assistance in the formulation and execution of work instructions and procedures that will ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Supervise project and site teams and monitor and track progress.
- To coordinate Subcontractor works and ensure they accomplish all the site activities.
- Responsible to ensure that the construction project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and of high quality, thereby satisfying the client and/or consultants.
- To provide support, advice, and provide the necessary technical expertise and knowledge for the project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in the construction industry
- Prior project experience in Data Centre, Warehouse or Commercial building projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Civil, Structure & Architecture.
- Must be willing to work and relocate to Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
