We are a US based CNC manufacturing facility serving both international and domestic markets. Our Penang plant has both PCBA Tooling and Precision Machining divisions, providing highest quality parts, products, and services to various demanding industries. Job Descriptions
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001).
  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company's QMS and leading audits across all areas of business functions in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct scheduled audits to assess compliance with ISO, GMP, POR and other applicable standard requirements and internal requirements.
  • Review and write procedures and processes to support QMS development, analyze current and future procedural needs.
  • Organize and maintain the plant internal audit system and corrective action reporting system closure in timely manner.
  • Conduct Quality systems audits and assist in training /guidance to internal auditors.
  • To liaise with external Customers and auditors related to plant Quality System matters.
  • Responsible to coordinate and observe customer audit proper during the audit, acknowledge and follow up on all non-compliance raised.
  • Recommend necessary actions to be taken for areas not meeting the specified quality system.
  • Coordinate and review the implementation of Document Control.
 

Job Requirements

  • Experience with QMS certified operations including internal and external audit. Certified Internal Auditor.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or with any relevant background.
  • Have 3 years and above working experience in QMS and managing Document Control implementation.
  • Preferably candidate from CNC machine shop and/or contract manufacturing background. 
  • Preferably with a strong knowledge of ISO9100/AS9100.
  • Understanding engineering drawing and manufacturing processes would be an advantage.
  • Result oriented and able to present data effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and a committed team player with excellent work ethic.
