JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BIM Modeling and Coordination: Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software, ensuring coordination across disciplines like architecture, structure, and MEP.

• Clash Detection and Resolution: Identify and resolve design conflicts in the BIM model using tools like Navisworks.

• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM processes into project workflows.

• BIM Standards and Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings adhere to relevant BIM standards and project-specific guidelines.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience on building sites with a CSA background (MEP is a plus).

• Proficient in ideally Revit or Navisworks/ACC for coordination and modelling tasks, including creating section or plan drawings.

• Strong technical skills related to site matters.

• Able to work full-time on-site located in Penang.
