- Troubleshooting: Resolving software and hardware issues that may affect user productivity
- Installation: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, and applications
- Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure they are operating properly
- Documentation: Documenting fixes and environments to create a knowledge base for colleagues and customers
- Communication: Providing technical assistance and communicating how to resolve issues to clients and other staff members
- Education: Explaining complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Prioritization: Prioritizing and escalating issues as needed
- SAP: Understanding of SAP functioning and control
