This role will involve a combination of merchandising and sales tasks, with a focus on managing orders and relationships with Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both English and Japanese, as well as excellent communication and translation skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project progress (uniform product line)

• Maintain thorough communication with all relevant stakeholders (clients, contract manufacturers, etc.)

• Effectively interpret client's requirements (specifications, materials, production progress, quality challenges) to the contract manufacturer

• Merchandising and sales tasks

• Frequent day travel required

Job Requirements

• A degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field is required. 

• Exposure to textile/garment industry 

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.

• Proficiency in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
