PR/094664 | Assistant Accounts Manager

Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a marketing consultancy firm with global presence. The team is currently looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join the team. This role will report to Finance Controller directly. 

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounting (GL/AP/AR)

• Prepare monthly management report

• Perform intercompany transaction and simple consolidation

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to internal control

• Support annual audit and tax submission

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting activities

• Ad-hoc support for special projects (if any)

   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting with demonstrated expertise in full set accounting. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
