仕事内容
- シリコーン系放熱ゲルの開発：2液硬化型あるいは1液非硬化型材料。熱伝導率10W/mK以上のTIM新規材料。
- カーボン系放熱シートの開発：グラファイト、CNT、グラフェンなどフィラー配向シート。熱伝導率70W/mK以上のTIM新規開発
- フィラー／樹脂材料の配合設計、フィラー表面処理、混錬、シート化プロセスの開発
- カーボン系放熱シートのフィラー配向技術、シート接合表面（界面）処理技術など要素プロセスの研究開発
- シリコーン系樹脂およびシランカップリング剤など原材料の新規創出に向けた研究開発

個人の実績に応じて年俸で評価されます。
