【デスクトップサポートエンジニア】として以下のことを担当します：
- IT関連の問題解決とユーザーサポート
- 診断ツール等を活用したトラブルシューティング
- IT関連のベンダーとのコミュニケーション、サポート、レビューの管理
- デスクトップ修正、ソフトウェアインストール、バックアップ、設定
- パフォーマンス向上や最適化を積極的に取り組む
