• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
