Investment Analyst/Associate

Key Responsibilities:

・Responsible for extensive financial modeling preparation and valuation

・Take lead in preparing investment committee memorandums and presentations for investors Undertake general industry and market research for identifying investment opportunities

・Lead the deal execution process, including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing

・Lead asset management functions for portfolio assets in Japan, including exploring strategies to create value at the portfolio level

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

・Applicants must have minimum three years (up to 10 years) of finance work experience from an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity fund, or Big Four advisory firm

・Applicants must have graduated from a highly quantitative course such as mathematics, engineering, finance or economics from a leading university

・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English (native or business level)

・Good presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills
