グローバル企業の一員としてビジネスデベロップメントマネージャーとして活躍しませんか？今後成長が見込める日本の市場拡大を牽引し、現地販売代理店やグローバルチームと連携して事業成長を推進する重要な役割です。
主な業務内容:
日本市場における年間事業計画と予算の策定・実行、P/L管理
販売代理店と緊密に連携し、売上目標の達成を支援、業績のモニタリング
効果的な広告宣伝キャンペーンの立案・実施、ROIの最大化
新製品の発売、在庫管理、価格戦略の策定
日本の輸入および食品規制の遵守を確保
社内関連部署（生産、購買、輸出入）と連携し、タイムリーな製品供給と優れた顧客サービスを提供
市場調査、トレンド分析、成長機会の特定
日本市場チームのリーダーシップ、指導、育成、協力的かつ高パフォーマンスな環境の醸成
応募資格:
学士号と8年以上営業・マーケティング分野での経験（うち5年以上はFMCG業界）
事業計画の策定・実行、売上目標達成の実績
日本市場の動態と商慣習を深く理解している方。日本での就業経験は大きな利点となります。
必須: 日本語、英語 (ビジネスレベル)
尚可: 中国語
優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、対人能力
積極的、自主的で、最低限の監督で独立して業務遂行できる方
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint、Excel、Word) への習熟
チームワークを重視し、革新に情熱を燃やす方
必要に応じて国内および海外出張可能な方
