Responsibilities :
・Develop new opportunities to expand company business in Japan
・Handle both clients and candidates communication
・Set up regular catch up meeting with client
・Expand talent network as potential candidates
・Prepare contract with client and confirm detailed conditions
・Collaborate with Research team
・Manage client/candidate data information
・Propose qualified candidates to client
・Research candidate using job boards and headhunting resources
・Report to Regional Manager based in Korea

Requirements:
