Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in the Food Packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in regulatory affairs, particularly within the Food & Beverage industry. This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, managing regulatory submissions, and providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on regulatory requirements and industry trends to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
Develop and maintain regulatory submission strategies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and production, to gather information for regulatory submissions.
Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure timely review and approval of submissions.
Develop and implement processes for tracking and monitoring regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements, including labeling and packaging requirements.
Ensure that all regulatory documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Provide training to internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
Prepare and maintain regulatory reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong understanding of international regulatory guidelines and standards.
Experience with regulatory submissions for food packaging materials and products used in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong proficiency in English communication
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
