Description

• Customs: Prepare the necessary documents and documents for the import of our products, and communicate and coordinate with customs.
• Document preparation: Prepare and organize the documents for the letter of commitment to submit them accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordination with business divisions: Coordinate with each division related to import operations, collect necessary information, and ensure smooth communication.
• Communication in English with overseas bases: Other customs-related tasks (tax classification, tax rate updates, etc.) are supported by group companies with overseas bases, so it is necessary to communicate in English by email and chat on a daily basis.

A successful SCM Import Export Operations should have:

• A degree in Business, Logistics or relevant field.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry and experience in customs-related work in Japan
• Understanding of import operations
• Sufficient work experience to independently carry out your own duties as an assistant manager
• Document preparation ability (experience creating documents using Excel and PPT)
• Fluent Japanes and English ability sufficient to communicate smoothly in English, mainly via email and cha
• This position plays an important role in supporting our product import process
