COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are looking for a General Manager who will tasked with managing the end-to-end operation of a factory in Bac Ninh province, Viet Nam.
The factory is a part of a multi-national corporation specialized in manufacturing electronics products. It prides on providing comprehensive OEM manufacturing solution to a diverse set of industries, including automotive, consumer electronics to healthcare.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity.
Lead and motivate the factory management team and employees to meet production targets and enhance overall performance.
Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications, working closely with quality control teams.
Monitor production processes for adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage the factory budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Oversee inventory management to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Develop short and long-term goals aligned with company objectives.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Report on factory performance, including production, quality, safety, and financial metrics, to senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
