【職務概要】
エアコンメーカーを主体とした顧客に対する拡販活動、生産動向の把握、納期調整、フォーキャスト入手
4名のSalesCoordinatorの管理、育成をお任せいたします。
【職務詳細】
顧客担当数は10社程度
顧客の窓口は購買ポジションが主
★営業活動 (週1-2回程度の顧客訪問、基本は電話もしくはメール)
・既存顧客への商材受注のヒアリング
・定期訪問し、生産動向のお伺い
・品質や納期調整など、各部署と顧客間の調整
・営業改善のための対策と実行
・個人の売上管理
★日本拠点とのやり取り
・生産動向の確認と受注、納期調整
★マネジメント
・ローカルスタッフマネジメント
・チームの売上、受注管理
・ローカルスタッフの育成
【レポートライン】日本人MD
【組織】合計10名 内、日本人：3名
【運転】
営業時は社用車ドライバー付

・ステークホルダーの間に立ちスピード感をもってプロジェクトを推進した経験がある方
・短納期で生産調整や販売計画を行った経験がある方

・海外での実務経験がある方
