Qualifications
- Work experience: 8+ years
- Required skills: SAP project management, Japanese language ability above N3 level
- Oversee SAP related projects across multiple business functions and lead and manage the PMO.
- Define and implement a project governance framework to ensure projects are efficiently executed and aligned with business objectives.
- Track project milestones, timelines and budgets and report project performance to senior leadership.
- Work with project managers to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful SAP projects.
- Establish and maintain SAP project management best practices including documentation, change management and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Those with strong communication skills who can speak, read and write in Japanese.
Japanese: Conversational level Japanese (N3), business level English
