HRGA Manager in Machida

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned HRGA Manager to lead our Human Resources team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR who can also manage General Affairs in an Industrial / Manufacturing setting.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Oversee daily operations of the General Affairs functions
• Handle GA related tasks such as office management and procurement

条件・待遇

• Competitive salary range of approximately 14 million JPY per annum
• Additional bonuses (Summer, Winter, Year end) amounting to around 30-40% of the salary

A successful HRGA Manager should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
