• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, and network devices.
• Provide first-level support for trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) and banking systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of voice recording systems and IT equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation and implement system checks and controls.
• Handle IT reporting, user access, and asset management.
• Support system upgrades, software deployment, and daily reconciliations.
• Collaborate with head office and vendors for issue resolution.
• Provide standby support outside regular office hours as needed.

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT administration/support experience, preferably in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Business level Japanese to communicate with users.
