Description
- Prepare & distribute an array of reports, analyzing the company's performance.
- Weekly review of product across three departments (product rotation, stock level, success and sales).
- Store visit to detect potential sales opportunities and problems based on real product situation.
- Pre-analysis for defining the strategic focus.
