Job Description
- Co-ordinate with production and meet requirements of production by maintaining utility machine to be ready.
- Make monthly/weekly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/yearly plan for scheduled maintenance of utility equipments.
- Maintain history card of utility equipments like GG, Chillar, Cooling tower, Compresure, RO, ETP, STP and etc.
- Perform A-check, B-check , C-check of Utility machine as per schedule.
- Basic knowledge about PLC and Troubleshooting PLC related problems.
- Trouble shooting electrical breakdown of Utility machine.
- Update/records of electricity consumption of all plant machinery at the end of every month.
- Report making of fire training, safety patrolling and conduct meeting completion on safety patrolling.
- Provide training to manpower as and when required.
- Team-up with vendors for carrying out service of machine under AMC
- Spare Parts management for different machineries as per stock or urgent requirement
- Co-ordinate with purchase department for aquiring any special/specific spares.
- Responsible for carrying out calibrations of piezometers, flow meters and gauges of facility.
- Responsible for carrying out cleaning of RWH (Rain Water Harvesting Pits) of facility with outside vendors and making record sheet.
- Responsible for making shutdown maintenance plan and carrying out service of Transformers, ACB, VCB, UPS, EOT Crane, Chillers and Cooling Towers and co-ordinate with service engineers for report and maintain history card.
- Responsible for providing samples of ETP, STP and borewell water for checking the quality of water and operating conditions of our wastewater treatment plants.
