Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure that there are no safety incidents occurring on-site.
Plan, manage, and align manpower effectively with established objectives.
Optimize team performance through efficient utilization and motivation.
Oversee inventory management to guarantee the availability of consumables on a weekly basis.
Implement countermeasures and conduct thorough 5W analyses.
Prepare daily reports to track progress and performance.
Develop case simulations and create new simulation scenarios.
Focus on customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Demonstrate proficiency in problem analysis and root cause identification, followed by effective implementation.
Provide training for new personnel on safety, quality standards, company policies, discipline, and core job functions.
Utilize SAP, MIS, and GRN systems for data processing and management.
Plan for packing, receiving, and dispatching operations.
Conduct both on-the-job and off-the-job training for new employees.
Train staff in case handling and container loading procedures.
Manage put-away processes, lot segregation, and table preparation.
Develop a skill matrix through targeted training initiatives.
Ensure that empty dispatches align with the daily plan.
Maintain responsibility for implementing 5S practices.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in SCM or any other equivalent qualification.
2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
SAP 9 (WMS & MM) and Cargo Wise software are utilized for effective management.
The generation of management information system reports is essential.
Packaging development is crucial for new projects.
Strong communication skills are necessary for successful collaboration.
