Work Experience (in years)
Out of Total 10-15 years’ experience, at least 8-12 years for Industrial factory project
Desired Candidate
Knowledge about ISO & PMS System and follow rules
Need to Co-ordinate with all internal department starting from work awards to handing over of project
Can be able to handle project independently
Can be able to handle client and able to give proper reply to client
Should have work experience of Piling, PEB, Sheeting & Interior works
Job Details
Verify QA & QC documents, Safety department check card, sub-contractor's check card
Verify all working drawings developed at Site.
Should knowledge about IS code of Practices.
Can be able to verify Sub-Contractor/Suppliers Bill as per BOQ/PO
Should finish each work activity as per master construction schedule for timely hand over of Project.
Ready to move anywhere in India
Should work in MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
Qualification
Good Communication skill with Client, Sub-contractor's Staff, in Local Language / English
Basic Knowledge in Auto Cad preferred.
B.E/ B-TECH, Civil Eng from reputed University (Regular course) with good academic record.
