Job Responsibilities
  • Communication between customer and offshore
  • Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
  • Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
  • Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed
  • Assist project manager with project scope, estimation, planning; monitoring and controlling
  • Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues
Job Requirements
  • Japanese level equivalent to N2 or above
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Has experience in requirements gathering and analysis, as well as basic and detailed design
  • Has experience with one of the following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.
  • Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit
  • Prefer candidate with work experience or study in Japan
