JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Do planning and make report for developing business project of amusement park yearly;
- Searching and negotiate for leased premises for new project in Shopping Mall;
- Plan to coordinate with other departments to deploy and build a new play area;
- The other related works of business development according to instruction of superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Female, Age: 28 - 40 years old
- Japanese: Good communication
- Graduated in university
- Have experience of business development, search for premises in Shopping Mall for 2 year more
- Can go business trip in provinces
- Have good communication, negotiation skills
- Have knowledge for construction, Legal documents (Preferred)
BENEFITS
