Job Description
Position: Technician (set up machine)
Location: Don Hua Lo, Chonburi
Business Type: Automotive Business
Working day: Mon – Fri (08.30-17.30 hrs.)
Benefit :
- Salary: 35,0000-40,000 THB/ month negotiated depending on experience.
- Bonus
- Diploma in Mechanical or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in automotive manufacturing, compression, Torque, extension, wire, and flat springs.
- Able operate spring machines such as (multi-slide forming (Jinding), SIMCO (Yisheng),
BIHLER, VINSTON, WAFIO or similar. - Good communication skills in English.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Selecting, positioning, and securing tools in tool holders and ensuring they are correctly aligned with the workpiece.
- Setting up and operating various CNC machines, milling machines, punch presses, and grinders.
- Iimplementing new tools and raw materials and performing test before mass production.
- Drawing reading/understanding and able to release initial tooling concept.
- Responsible for implementing new tools and raw materials and perform tests before mass
- production.
- Conducting inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, and digital comparators to ensure products meet quality standards.
