A globally recognised architectural, engineering and infrastructure construction company ranked among the top 30 construction companies in the world are looking for young and dynamic Civil & Structural Engineer to be based in Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity to gain experience working on international overseas projects remotely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform construction planning including master scheduling,  method of temporary works, sequence of works, precast element design & planning, produce shop drawing and construction methodology

• Understand general condition of Tender / Project documents and special conditions of C&S works.

• Discuss issues, planning relevant to project tender / construction.

• Attend meetings with Management / Client / Subcon for queries and coordination

• Build and maintain highly professional and mutually beneficial relationship with Clients and Consultants

• Produce Value engineering, references suitable for each tender/project, and presentation to Client during Tender meetings.

• Liaise with other professionals including architects, engineers and specialist contractors.

• Understand the project requirements in drawings, specifications, and conditions for various types of projects.

• Develop preliminary design analysis and costing.  

• Planning and designing specific drawings 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or Equivalent 

• At least 5 years’ experience in construction industry, preferably handling project tender and building construction from commencement to hand-over. 

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous
