COMPANY OVERVIEW 

One of our clients, specializing in strategic communications, management, and technology consulting for global, regional, and national public and private organizations across Rising Asia, is seeking a Senior Creative and Graphic Designer in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing successful public affairs campaigns, with a focus on graphic design for social media, presentations, layouts, and web content.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Strategic Communications and Design Leadership

• Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to create high-quality creative assets for client projects and internal use.

• Design visual content for social media, presentation templates, web pages, and marketing materials.

• Enhance PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other Microsoft Office deliverables.

• Use data analysis platforms like Meltwater to optimize content creation.

• Create business-oriented digital content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Creative Conceptualization and Execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Communications, Integrated Media Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a senior design role, preferably in public affairs or advocacy campaigns.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); expertise in InDesign, Figma, After Effects is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design trends, visual storytelling, and strategic branding.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.

• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
