JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of overseeing the overall planning, feasibility analysis, budgeting, and management of a project's development.

• Diagnose key issues at the project's inception to create a comprehensive work plan, including project scope, timelines, priority tasks, and individual responsibilities.

• Retain strong communication and strategic partnership with government agencies, local authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

• Possess experience in managing large-scale township developments, including land protection, zoning regulations, and the application process for development permits.

• Conduct thorough reviews of professional fees and design submissions by consultants, and assist in the selection and recommendation of the consultant team.

• Develop a detailed product and design brief that outlines the specific design requirements for architects, interior designers, and landscape architects.

• Collaborate with Project Management, Contracts Department, and consultants to review design development, tender documents, and construction drawings.

• Provide support and attend site visits and inspections during construction to ensure the quality of workmanship and coordination of design on-site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or relevant Professional Qualification in related field

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in property development ideally township 

• Well-versed with statutory regulations & laws, Authorities guidelines relating to property development.
