Description

• Experience with system integration projects (Front to Middle or Middle to Back Office).

• Strong business analysis skills in Agile environments (Scrum).

• Knowledge of financial instruments like Fixed Income, Equities, or Derivatives.

• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

• Fluent business-level Japanese and English communication skills.

• Familiarity with financial messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT, FIX).
