・企業の事業展開ニーズに応じて、適切な人材を採用し、さまざまなポジションに採用します。
・全体的な採用計画の策定、採用チャネルの維持・充実、タイムリーな新規チャネルの拡大と人材投入チャネルの充実
・会社の人材プールの構築と会社の人材の確保を担当します。
・採用効果を定期的に分析し、社内メンバーの会社評価・KPI見直しを支援

・Company human resources management and Employee relationship coordination
・According to the business development needs of company recruit and hire the suitable candidate for different positions
・Make overall recruiting plan maintain and enrich recruitment channels timely expanding new channels and enriching talent input channels
・Responsible for building the company's talent pool and reserving talents for the company
・Analyze the recruitment effect regularly support company evaluation/KPI review of company members

＜必須条件＞
・学士号以上
・IT関連業界での採用経験3年以上
・高いコミュニケーション能力と表現力、高い論理的思考力
