その中で、契約審査担当グループでは、国内グループ会社における契約審査（作成・交渉を含む）・管理、法的アドバイザリー業務、社内教育、法令調査等を担っています。
さらに必要に応じ、各個人が、訴訟・インシデント対応、M A対応等を担当することがあります。
