現在健保事務局のメンバーは全員女性ですが健保経験も長く、業務知識も豊かです。
また、健康診断などの保健事業はアウトソースしており、効率的な運営を図っています。
<職務内容>
①適用(健康保険組合の加入資格付与、保険証発行、被扶養者の検認業務、算定、育児休業対応、事業主や社会保険労務士法人との連絡、事業主への保険料請求業務、任意継続被保険者管理)
②給付(現物、現金給付)業務内容:主に適用・給付業務、他業務分担
③その他業務分担拡大の可能性あり
