■お仕事内容
日本語対応の カスタマーサポートスタッフ として、法人クレジットカードのご利用者様に対し、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
1. 問い合わせ対応
•主に電話、メール、チャットを通じたお客様対応を行います。
例)
・不正利用に関するご相談:カードの不正利用が疑われる場合の確認や対応。
・カード利用に関するお問い合わせ:利用可能額、支払い状況、紛失や盗難時のサポート。
2. 顧客サポート
・お客様の状況や問題を迅速に把握し、適切な解決策を提案。
・必要に応じて、関連部署や上司へのエスカレーションを行います。
