Civil & Electrical Quantity Surveyor

A local conglomerate that has quickly risen to prominence with a diversified business specialization in Infrastructure and electric power transmission projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cost Management: Prepare and control project budgets.

• Estimating: Conduct detailed cost estimates and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

• Project Analysis: Provide cost analysis and financial reports.

• Procurement: Assist in tender document preparation and contractor selection.

• Valuation: Conduct valuations for payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Experience: 8-10 years in quantity surveying, preferably in construction infrastructure.

• Skills: Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations; excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Certifications: BQSM certification.

• Languages: Proficient in Malay and English; Mandarin is a requirement.
