Job Description
Working Location: Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities: -
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client database
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
- Provide expert knowledge on steel products, including technical specifications to clients
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, explaining product features and benefits
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company growth and success in Malaysian market
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the steel trading industry
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of steel products and ability to explain technical details to clients
- Proven track record of sales development and client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
