Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Debt Financing: Secure debt financing for portfolio companies, clients, and partners by leveraging various financial instruments and relationships.
- Bank Financing: Utilize a deep understanding of bank financing to identify and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
- Network Utilization: Leverage a robust network of partners and connections to facilitate financing opportunities.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on debt financing options and strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in debt financing.
- Compliance: Ensure all financing activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in securing debt financing and working with banks
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and bank financing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Extensive network of industry contacts and partners.
