Job Description

Our client is logistics industry. They are looking for a potential candidate to join their new office in Bangkok.
 
Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end process of payroll for all employees, directors and advisors in company and ensure the accuracy of payroll and the related functions.
  • Submit social security, income tax, SLF, PND1K, worker compensation, and related legal requirements.
  • Recheck and endorse payroll data for companies' group.
  • Manage employee’s leave in HRIS.
  • Maintain HR database to ensure correct and updated recording of all staff and employment-related information.
  • Process employee promotion, annual increments, bonus, transfers, and any movement document and update in system.
  • Prepare information and report for regular audits.
  • Prepare management remuneration report by quarter.
  • Report to department head regarding daily activities and issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports to relevant departments about payroll.
  • Compare and renew health & Life and Accident insurance and distribute the insurance card to employees.
  • Provide and maintain oversea travelling insurance for staff who will be on the job training in overseas.
  • Prepare welfare committee election every 2 years and set a meeting with welfare committee.
  • Prepare annual checkup for companies' group in Bangkok.
  • Process and prepare the retirement plague for companies' group.
  • Send out an announcement related to HR activities/news.
  • Collecting signed code of conduct yearly.
  • Prepare HR activities such as Songkran’s activity, New Year’s Activity, Merit Making’s activity, ETC.
  • Prepare employee ID card.
  • Process in verifying / Endorsing staff claims in company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields
  • At least 10 years relevant experiences in payroll processing
  • At least 3 years experiences as Supervisor or above
  • Strong in payroll, tax and labor law
  • Good command of both written and oral English.
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
