Job Description

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a demand planning or forecasting role.
- Experience with demand planning software. (SAP, APO, Oracle Demantra)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Excellent written and communication in English. (TOEIC 550)
- Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary to reflect change in market conditions.
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Stay update on industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve forecasting techniques.
- Interacting with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Lead and manage the Demand Review process and demand related activities of the S&OP process.
