Job Description
JAC's client is looking for Consultant to be responsible for Finance and Marketing roles of dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.
- Provides professional customer service and necessary information.
- Demonstrates financial products, marketing research, and consulting services.
- Schedules appointments and meetings through outgoing or cold calls.
- Analyzes financial statements to identify issues.
- Creates financial models, assesses financial status, and evaluates credit risks.
- Calculates investment returns and monitors project progress.
- Coordinates marketing schedules and strategies with management.
- Addresses client questions and requests, including those from Japanese investors.
- Meets sales and marketing goals by analyzing trends and data.
- Creates business development materials and presentations, and presents regular marketing and asset management reports.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, and conducts business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintains excellent client relationships, resolves complaints, and achieves client relationship targets and KPIs
- Prepares and disseminates correspondence and forms, submits reports, and prepares presentations/proposals.
- Travels to job locations as needed.
- Performs other assigned functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in cash flow modeling.
- Finance major with strong knowledge on Vietnamese accounting rules
- Familiarity with real estate and other investment sectors.
- English proficiency at a business level.
