Our client is well established manufacturing of food emulsifiers & stabilizer. 

Location: Iskandar Puteri. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles the transactions and movements of products associated with the Distribution Requirements Plan (domestic imports and exports for replenishment). International movements are consistent with cross border team consistent with regulatory requirements for movement of both material and information.

• Executes the transactions to fulfil the shipment requirements plans. Manager transactions for accuracy and integrity in the AX system.

• Serve as the point of contact to work with for ease of interaction (issue resolution, procedures, AX expertise) related to ensuring the efficient movement of material in support of minimum inventories and specified customer service level.

• Establish and maintain a very disciplined and well monitored process so that any issues impacting supply are responded to quickly and effectively.

• Effectively interact with various functions – production, planner, supply chain and external service providers as appropriate to execute the plan.

• Communicate product delivery information.

• Prepare appropriate documentation including Export shipment.

• Request shipment of material when available.

• Follow the steps to receive documents. Check documents, ensure no discrepancy; may have to request revised documents.

• Follow product through transportation and into warehouse.

Job Requirements:

• Work experience in warehouse management and operations.
• Certificate in warehouse management. Having a steam Engineer certificate will be an added advantage. 
• Willing to work rotation shift.
