Job Description
A leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality diamond tools and equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and providing technical support to our clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia and to Japan.
- Understanding of the semiconductor business.
