In this role, you will be integral to ensuring smooth operations by sourcing high-quality materials and services, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Description

• Develop, negotiate and execute procurement strategies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and perform cost and scenario analysis.
• Drive process improvements within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of company objectives.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and manage supplier performance.
• Leverage market knowledge to anticipate and manage material cost fluctuations.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance regulations.

A successful Senior Buyer should have:

• Procurement experience especially related to facilities, contractor or construction categories.
• Fluent Japanese (N1) and Business English (TOEIC700)
• Negotiation skills
