業務内容
- 内部チームと協力して組織のニーズを理解し、効果的な対応を実現
- SDLC（Software Development Life Cycle）を活用し、特にウォーターフォールモデルを用いてプロジェクトを主導
- 分かりやすい文書を作成し、ステークホルダーミーティングを通じて積極的な結果を確保
- エンドユーザーや外部ステークホルダー、特に日本と連携し、円滑に進捗を図る
- 本社との会議に積極的に参加し、円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する
求人要件
- 学士号または同等の実務経験
- 金融機関での最低5年のシステムプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 強力な組織力、マルチタスク能力
- コミュニケーションスキル（英語および日本語での対応が必要）
