JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Part of our process development team, responsible for preparing products from our parent company for market launch.

  • Independent management of various customer projects.

  • Coordination and communication of technical changes with customers, international production plants, and internal departments.

  • Overseeing modification work and creating change instructions and notifications.

  • Root cause analysis and support in troubleshooting.

  • Developing solutions and ideas for potential improvements and optimization measures for already launched products.

  • Independently planning, conducting, and evaluating test series and experiments, as well as documenting and presenting results.

  • Conducting market, competition, and trend analyses; assisting with marketing and sales activities.

  • Close collaboration with application engineering, sales/marketing, and service teams.

  • Building knowledge transfer through proactive communication and clear documentation.

  • Participation in industry events and trade fairs.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or an advanced degree in electrical engineering is advantageous.

  • Ideally, initial professional experience in product management.

  • Experience in welding technology (welding methods/procedures, welding equipment) is desirable.

  • Strong communication skills (excellent customer interaction) and a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Independent and solution-oriented work style, with a team-oriented approach.

  • Willingness to continuously develop expertise in robotics/welding technology.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Good IT skills and proficiency in standard software (MS Office).

  • German and English Business proficiency
