Job Description
- Educate & train internal staffs (caregivers) & caregiver leaders
- Support overall facility operations & new facility establishments
- Direct care for dementia patients needed
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or any field related
- Experienced in working in hospitals & nursing elderly in Japan is mandatory (ex kaigoshi)
- Experienced in caring for dementia patients (preferably elderly patients)
- Have passion in caring for elderly dementia patients
- Able to provide care and hospitality for patients
- Possesses knowledge & experience in dementia care & support
- Experienced in training & educating care staffs
