Location: Amsterdam Area (Office base)
Salary: Gross EUR 3,000-3,500/month + Holiday allowance 8%/year

Job description
-Trading part
Based on Sales Agreements (SA), manages delivery dates, prepares for customs clearance, and handles correspondence with forwarders and refrigerated warehouses.
Preparing for customs clearance, correspondence with forwarders and refrigerated warehouses, etc. based on Sales Agreements (SA).

-Sales part
Negotiations on purchase and sales prices, arrangements for receiving and dispatching goods, issuing invoices, etc.

-Other
Monthly or quarterly reports related to the business.

Requirements:
-Fluent level of Japanese is mandatory

-Holding Dutch residence permit and work permit is Mandatory (working holiday visa/Freelance visa NOT allowed)

-Driving licence in the Netherlands (Preferred)
-At least 1 years' experience in sales/business administration/trading
-Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Word
-Business level of English

Working days and hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (negotiable) *Examples: 8.30am to 5pm, 9am to 5.30pm, etc.
